BVA Autos attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This page describes the data collected on this site, its purpose and your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected
Appointment form: name, phone, email (optional), vehicle, type of service, preferred date and time, symptoms described. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures.
ECAR assistant: messages exchanged are sent to the site server to generate a reply and are not kept after the page is closed. If you choose to send the summary on WhatsApp, the exchange is governed by WhatsApp's policy.
Technical data: the hosting provider keeps connection logs (IP address, date, page viewed) for site security, for a maximum of 12 months.
Purposes and retention period
Form data is used solely to process your appointment request and to contact you. It is received by email and kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation applies (invoicing).
Recipients
Your data is processed by BVA Autos only. It is neither sold nor transferred. Our technical processors: Hostinger International Ltd (hosting) and, if you display the map, Google Ireland Ltd (Google Maps).
Cookies and third-party content
This site sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies. Google Maps is only loaded after your explicit consent ("Show the map" button); this choice is stored in your browser. Your display language may also be stored there. None of this information is sent to third parties.
Your rights

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions and the data is sent by email to the workshop only.
